Shipping Information

Orders within the United States:

Most orders ship within three business days from receipt at our fulfillment center. During peak periods we can experience an additional one or two day delay. Average delivery time is 14-21 days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via Media Mail or UPS from the website, depending upon what you choose. To choose a different carrier, you will need to call in your order at 1-888-615-3186. Special shipping requests carry an additional handling charge. If you live in an area where postal theft is common, please choose UPS or FedEx as your shipping method. We regret we cannot replace an order if the USPS indicates delivery of it.

 

Orders to Canada:

If you order from Canada, and you choose UPS as your mailing method, please understand that in addition to the UPS charge on this order, UPS will also collect a customs brokerage fee from you upon delivery of the order. Also, keep in mind that your order delivery time can take longer than to 2-3 weeks.

 

International Orders:

For international orders, unless you select UPS with its accompanying charges as the shipping method for your order, we will ship via Global Priority.

 

Backorders:

Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item.

All shipments that are not sent via UPS are at the risk of the buyer since we cannot track packages shipped via the mail consolidator.

Please not do contact our office about non-delivery of an item less than four weeks from the from the date of your order for domestic orders, and less than 90 days from the date of your order for international orders. Delays can occur which are out of our control.
